Dr. Lulin Gao and Dr. Singer John Huang attended the 'China IP Information Day' seminar in Paris on April 24, 2007, and delivered keynote speech on Chinese Patent System, Amendment of the Chinese Patent Laws and Enforcement of Chinese Patent Applications. Some dozens of French enterprise representatives attended the seminar. Mr. Richard Yung, former minister of International Cooperation Department of European Office (now as the French member of the House of Representatives), gave a speech on IP Cooperation between Europe and China; and Mr. Patrick Adam, the chief CEO of JOUVE, made an introduction of JOUVE' s research and development on patent database.
