Dr. Lulin Gao was invited to teach master class at John Marshall Law School in Chicago again from August 31 to September 4, 2009. The course mainly covers "Patent Law & Practice in China" and focuses on "A Comparison of Chinese Patent System and U.S. Patent System", "A Comparison of Chinese Copyright System and U.S. Copyright System" and etc. This is the fourth successive time Dr. Gao has taught master class at this school.
The inaugural ceremony of Chinese Intellectual Property Resource Center was held at John Marshall Law School in Chicago on September 3, 2009. It is the very first center in the U.S. that is dedicated to collecting Chinese intellectual property resources. On the ceremony, Dr. Gao, as the Honorary President of All-China Patent Agents Association (ACPAA), delivered the congratulation letter and received the special award presented by Board of Trustees of John Marshall Law School in Chicago. The award is distributed for the great contributions made by Dr. Gao to the Law School.
