Our Chairman and President of the All China Patent Agents Association (ACPAA), Dr. Gao, gave the opening speech and chaired the discussion panels at the 13th Sino-Japan (Foshan) IP Seminar, which was held in Foshan City, Guangdong Province, China on September 20 and September 21, 2004.

The Seminar was hosted by the All China Patent Agents Association (ACPAA), the China Special Licensing Committee of the Japan Association for the Promotion of International Trade (JAPIT) and the Guangdong Intellectual Property Institute. During the Seminar, experts from China and Japan as well as relevant government officials discussed various issues regarding Intellectual Property management and protection.
