On December 3, 2002, the "2002 Patent Practices Symposium," organized under the auspices of East IP Law Offices was held at the Beijing Kerry Centre. During the Symposium, Mr. Lipu TIAN Deputy Commissioner of SIPO, Mr. Rengan SHEN Deputy Commissioner of NCAC, Dr. Lulin GAO, our Chairman and the former Commissioner of SIPO as well as other high-level officials made keynote speeches.
