On December 8, 2008, Dr. Lulin Gao and Dr. Singer John Huang were invited to attend the 15th Commissioners' Meeting of SIPO and Japan Patent Office (JPO) the 30th Anniversary Celebrations of Sino-Japan Intellectual Property Exchanges in Tokyo Japan. More than 180 persons, including Mr. TIAN Lipu, the Commissioner of the State Intellectual Property Office (SIPO) of the P.R.C., and Mr. Takashi Suzuki, the Commissioner of Japan Patent Office, attended the activity. As the former Commissioner of the SIPO, Dr. Lulin Gao delivered a speech at the Conference.
