Dr. Lulin Gao and Dr. Singer John Huang were invited to attend the Global Forum on Intellectual Property (GFIP) 2009 in Singapore from January 8 to January 9, 2009. During the Conference, Dr. Singer John Huang participated in panel discussion on "Whither of Wither Copyright after Web 2.0" and gave a keynote address. Dr. Lulin Gao participated in panel discussion on "Walking the Patent Tightrope in Patently Uncertain Times" and delivered a speech entitled "Third Amendment of Patent Law and Its Implementing Regulations in China".
