On May 11, 2006, Dr. Lulin Gao, Chairman of East IP, delivered the keynote speech at Washington University in St. Louis. Dr. Gao's speech was entitled "The IP System And Economic Development In China". The forum was cohosted by three Washington University centers - the Murray Weidenbaum Center on the Economy, Government, and Public Policy, the Center for New Institutional Social Sciences (CNISS), and the Institute for Global Legal Studies - as well as the University of Oxford's Center for Socio-Legal Studies.
