At the invitation of Japan Patent Attorney Association ("JPAA"), Dr. Lulin Gao led the All-China Patent Agents Association delegation of 30 members to visit Japan from November 15, 2006 to November 19, 2006.

During their stay in Japan, the delegation visited JPAA Headquarters and Tokyo Division, and listened to their introductions on the work of Intellectual Property Institute of JPAA, Intellectual Property Commerce College, Japan Intellectual Property Arbitration Center as well as JPAA website training system.

On November 17, 2006, Dr. Lulin Gao delivered opening speech at Sino-Japan high level seminar.
