Dr. Lulin Gao, the East IP chairman, attended a conference in Qingdao, China to discuss the judicial practices of IP rights. Dr. Gao spoke on the topic of judicial protection and enforcement of IP rights in China following the WTO accession. He was the keynote speaker among a highly distinguished field of experts which included some of China's top IP officials. Dr. Gao is next scheduled to speak at an upcoming conference in Washington, D.C.
