On May 20, 2004, Dr. Ansgar Ruggaber and Dr. Jurgen Schade as well as the head of the German Patent and Trademark Office, Dr. Annelie Herz, visited the offices of East IP. Our Chairman, Dr. Gao, talked of the Chinese patent system and described its current situation.
