Our Chairman, Dr. Lulin Gao, has been invited as the keynote speaker at the Internet and Intellectual Property Protection Expert Forum in Beijing on July 30, 2003. Dr. Gao's Speech will center on the new issues regarding the Internet and intellectual property protection. Other speakers at this forum of experts include the following experts: Mr. Chen Xiaozhu, the director of Promotion Department of the State Council Information Office; Mr. Luo Dongchuan, one of the justices at No. 3 Tribunal (IP tribunal) of the Supreme Court of China; Mr. Xu Chao, the vice director of the Copyright Department of the National Copyright Administration of China; Mr. Zou Bian, the Secretary of China Software Union and Mr. Tang Guangliang, an IP expert from China Academy of Social Science.
