Our Chairman and the ACPAA's President Dr. Lulin Gao delivered the keynote address today in the opening ceremony of Training Course for Senior Executives of Chinese Patent Agencies.

Such a training course is a component of "A Comprehensive Program of Patent Enforcement Support in China". Said program, organized by ACPAA and sponsored by the EU-China Small Projects Facility Program, began on July 1, 2005 and will last 7 months. This program is offering training courses for patent infringement litigation and patent licensing in Guangdong and Shanghai respectively.
